Vettore Media, LLC – Terms of Service

Agreement to these Terms of Service also constitutes agreement to our other policies when using our website or services provided by Vettore Media, LLC.

Other Policies

Section 1 – Product-Specific Terms (Lead Machine Website + AI Representative)

These terms apply exclusively to the “Lead Machine Website + AI Representative” product offered by Vettore Media, LLC. Where these terms differ from the General Terms, these product-specific terms will control.

Delivery Timeline

  • Your Lead Machine will be delivered within 7 business days after the onboarding form is submitted in full or a video chat is held.

  • The timeline begins only once the form is submitted with complete information or the video chat has ended and all requested items are recieved.

Onboarding Form

  • Must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Missing logos, content, or access credentials may delay delivery.

Draft & Revisions

  • One draft + one round of revisions are included.

  • If no feedback is received within 48 hours of draft delivery, the draft will be considered approved and the project complete.

Refund Policy (Exclusive to this Product)

  • No refunds if the client changes their mind after purchase.

  • Refunds may only be requested after receiving the first draft and before submitting revisions.

  • Once revisions are submitted, the project is non-refundable.

Hosting, Domain, and AI Representative

  • The plan includes hosting, one domain registration, SSL, and your AI Representative (chat bot) for as long as the plan is active.

  • Pricing: $129/month or $999/year (chosen at checkout).

  • If the client discontinues services, hosting, domain, SSL, and AI Representative will also terminate.

Cancellation Policy (Important – Please Read Carefully)

  • A $400 setup recovery fee will be charged if the $129/month subscription is canceled within the first 12 months.

  • This fee exists because we incur great expense up front to be able to provide you with the website, hosting, SSL, SEO, Google Submission/indexing, and creating and training your 24/7 AI representative. The first 12 months are required to cover design, development, and setup costs.

  • After 12 payments on the $129/month plan, the subscription can be canceled without penalty.

Ownership

  • The client owns the website outright after the first 12 months of payments or after a full annual payment.

  • If the client cancels before 12 months and does not pay the cancellation fee, the website and AI Representative remain the property of Vettore Media, LLC.

  • The AI Representative is bundled into your plan. If you cancel, it will be lost. If you move your website to a new host, the AI Representative will cease to function unless you switch to an AI Representative only plan. In other words, the AI Representative does not belong to the website, it is owned by Vettore Media, LLC and we authorize you to use it as long as a payment is being made, even if you are not hosted with us. Please contact us for pricing of an AI Representative only plan.

Support

  • Ongoing support is provided via email or ticket system.

Acceptance

  • Approval of the draft, or lack of feedback within 48 hours, constitutes acceptance and project completion.

Portfolio License

  • Unless the client opts out in writing before delivery, Vettore Media, LLC may use logos, screenshots, or the finished website in its portfolio.

Section 2 – General Terms & Conditions (Apply to All Clients)

These General Terms apply to all services provided by Vettore Media, LLC, including hosting, domains, website design, and related services.

  • Services: Vettore Media, LLC agrees to provide the purchased services for the price agreed at the time of order.

  • Payments & Renewals: All services are prepaid in USD. Renewal notices are emailed before the due date. Late payments may incur fees and result in service suspension. Chargebacks without notice may result in termination and collections.

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel services according to the billing cycle. Refunds are governed by the refund policies specific to each product.

  • Acceptable Use: Clients may not use services for unlawful activity, spam, malware, copyright infringement, or abusive resource usage. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

  • Customer Information: Clients must provide accurate contact information and be at least 18 years old.

  • Technical Support: Support is limited to services within Vettore Media’s control. Assistance with third-party software is provided at our discretion.

  • Uptime Guarantee: We endeavor to provide 99.99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance, client-side issues, force majeure events, or violations of these Terms.

  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify Vettore Media, LLC against claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of services in violation of these Terms.

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vettore Media, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate services without notice for violations of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
